Host Hotel - Race Expo

A Race Expo will be held at the Host Hotel in the ballroom along with Race Package Pickup. Expo hours will be 4-8 PM Friday May 21st, 11 AM to 8 PM Saturday May 22nd. LATE REGISTRATION IS AVAILABLE IN PERSON AT RACE PACKAGE PICKUP.

Host Hotel - Black Knight Inn

The Black Knight Inn, located at 2929 50 Avenue, site of race registration, package pick-up and the pasta dinner. The hotel features an indoor pool and jacuzzi. Please see the Host Hotel website for more information.

20 rooms blocked for May 22nd for two nights, and an additional 40 rooms blocked for May 23rd for one night at $120 per night for a single or double, $150 for king, or $170 for executive suite; taxes extra. Rates are subject to applicable taxes. 

The block of rooms is only available (on a first-come, first-served basis) until April 15th, 2010.

Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out normally is by 12:00 noon, however they will allow late check out until 2:00 p.m. on May 23 upon request.

Host Hotel - Race Package Pick Up

Race Package Pickup will be available 4-8 PM Friday May 21st, 11 AM to 8 PM Saturday May 22nd. There will be no race day package pickup. Last minute changes to registration can be made at Package Pickup until 8 pm Saturday.
